James' formative career was spent working with Digital Equipment Corporation—in 1986 as Principal Software Specialist he was appointed Regional Software Marketing Manager for Digital's South Pacific Region, and in 1991 held the position of Asia Pacific Area Networking Troubleshooter based in Hong Kong. Having addressed and resolved the needs of a large number of Fortune-100 companies' operations in Australasia throughout the '80's and '90's, he returned to Australia in 2002 after having been stationed overseas for 12 years.
James' strong creative and innovative analytical and development skills coupled with a 'will to win' attitude adds to the team's vision and extraordinary success. James has also been involved with the BIT programme at the University of Technology in Sydney and has delivered many guest lectures and sat on faculty committees from time-to-time over the past 20 years.

Matt has been working with the Microsoft .NET Framework and C# for nearly 6 years. He has held positions as Senior Developer and Principal Software Architect for an application with over 5 million lines of code and Manager of Code Quality for a team of over 40 developers.
Matt combines a deep technical knowledge of .NET with a passion for high quality software to lead a team of highly committed developers, focused on consistently delivering best-of-breed solutions to clients.
One of Matt's main roles is to provide direction and management for our evolving Framework product - available only to our clients. This Framework allows us to confidently undertake large-scale development projects knowing our customer's bespoke requirements can be developed on a consistent and robust ASP.NET/AJAX platform. Tom has been working with web-based multimedia for over 6 years. He has held positions as Senior Designer, Front-End Developer and Senior Programmer for international, high-profile clients. He has had extensive experience in animation-based web applications through to streaming media.
