Envoy was founded by developers who wanted to create a place where talented individuals could build great software in a pragmatic way, without being tied down by middle-management and architectural policies.
We work in a number of different languages and frameworks and believe strongly in picking the best tool for the job, rather than relying on ‘the way it’s always been done’.
We believe in hiring the best people and giving them the tools they need to get the job done, which is why every developer has a Herman Miller chair, a top-of-the-line desktop machine and multiple monitors, with at least one of those being a Dell 30" Ultrasharp.
We’re a close-knit group of around 16 developers, so we value attitude and cultural fit very highly. As a group we enjoy social events like company barbeques, Friday afternoon drinks and internal tech talk nights.
Our working hours are flexible around the core hours of 10-4, and work from home arrangements can be made when circumstances prevent you from being in the office.
